Refund policy

Made to Order All floral arrangements are handcrafted to order. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalised arrangements
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Store Credit In eligible cases, we may offer store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
